She is survived by: her spouse Carl Junior Smith; her children, Bobby Wayne Smith of Gary, Helen Marie Slanina (Victor) of Umatilla, FL and Pattie Renee Foster (Mark) of Tatum; her siblings, Reba Jones of Gallatin, Richard Hollis (Doris) of Livingston and Robert Hollis (Sue) of Silsbee; her grandchildren, Carl Jeffrey Anderson, Pattie Lynn Foster, William Neely Endsley (Venessa), Rebecca Lynn Kennon (Christian), Megan Leslie Anderson (Derek), Christopher Cody Endsley, Eric Alan Endsley and Missy LeAnn Foster; and her great grandchildren, Kolby Wilson, Miley Wilson, Brysun Endsley, Logan Endsley and Kasen Anderson. She is also survived by her parents, husband.
The family request memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association.
