He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kelley Sr. and Carrie Lee Kelley (Ballard). He is survived by: his wife Linda Kuykendall Kelley of Tatum; his daughters, Deborah Lynne of McKinney and Melanie Percle of Tatum; and his grandchildren, Courtney Oliver, Ashley Tunstall, Lacey Bridwell, Brittany Bosworth and Dustin Strube. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
