He is survived by: his wife Mozelle Palmer of Tatum; his sons, Royce Palmer (Karen) of Lake Cherokee and Robin Palmer (Malantha) of Tatum; his siblings, Leo Palmer of Wasilla, Alaska and Merle Palmer Wolfe of Colby, Kansas; his grandchildren, Chase Palmer, Lance Palmer of Lake Cherokee, Latisha McLaughlin (Shane) of Fairplay and Candice Mace (Jeff) of Tatum; his great grandchildren, Alex Mace, Zack McLaughlin and Kara McLaughlin; and his great great grandchild Khilyn McLaughlin.
