It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Riley Finley Jr. of Tatum, Texas, born in Haynesville, Louisiana, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Riley Finley, Sr. and Roxie Clements Finley; his daughter Debra Louise Finley Propes; his granddaughter Holly Lynn Propes; and his sister Louise Daily.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Meeks Finley; his daughter Denise Ross (Phillip); his sister Bobbie McHam; and his grandchildren, Lyndsey Gay (Rodney), Clint Riley Bates (Fran), Cliff Allen Bates (Annita) and Brandon Michael Ross (Susan).
