He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Mary Frances Blackmon (Hunt); his wife Ronda Blackmon; his sister Sue Stowe; his uncle Earl Blackmon; and his father-in-law Donny LeJeune.
He is survived by: his daughter Carrie; his nephews, Mark Stowe, Alex Mitchell and Jonathon Dockery; his great-nieces, Raylee and Karlee Dockery; his mother-in-law Judy LeJeune; his sisters-in-law, Glenna Mitchell and Jennifer Dockery; and also, Danette Cook, Marinda Dockery, Marissa Mitchell and Ana Mitchell.
