He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Darrell and Mildred Elizabeth Stansell (Brummet); his brothers, Handy and Darrell; his sister-in-law Barbara Stansell; his brothers, Jerry and Richard Stansell; and his niece Patty Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly of Talco; his daughter Erin Stansell of Talco, Texas; his granddaughter Roan Ingram of Minter; his siblings-in-law, Sue Stansell of Mount Pleasant, Texas, Larry, Brenda Poynor of Longview, Gary Poynor, Maureen McGehee of Holly Lake, Texas and Pat Stansell of Talco, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Debbie Ingram, Amy Stansell, Mandy Stansell, Kristie, Wayne Langston, Kip, Kelly Stansell, David, Robyn Stansell, Kerri Poynor, Scott Poynor and Misty Justice.
