He is survived by: his wife Patsy Kelley; his children, David Kelley (Debra) and Donna Zentko; his daughter-in-law Beverly Kelley; his nephew Kyle Fuller; his niece Kelly Garman; and his close friend Jason Mitchell. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
