He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Finis Gene and Martha Ann Botkin (Prohl) of Tahoka; his wife Carolyn Cowan of Tahoka; his daughters, Emily Brown (Kenzi Kinard) of Lubbock and Callie Lewis (Aaron) of San Angelo; his siblings, Tony Botkin of Tahoka, Terry Botkin (Diane) of Longmont and Ty Botkin (Michelle) of Kerrville; his grandchildren, Brady Kole, Cooper Dee, Ellisyn Claire and Connor Gene; and his sister-in-law Carol Botkin.
