She was predeceased by: her parents, T. F. Anderson and Jessie Marie Workman Anderson (Workman); her siblings, Milton Zimmerman and Thelma Zimmerman; her husband Johnny Ray Adams; her daughter Cindy Lea Adams; and her stepsiblings, Dean Leach, James Leach, Kenneth Leach and Letta Hooper.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Wayne Adams of Tahoka, Tammy Adams of Lockney and Tracy Adams of Lockney; her grandchildren, Misty Villa (Davie) of Lockney, Stevie Adams Karlin of Lockney and Windy Webb (Randy) of Plainview; her great grandchildren, Joey Cantu (Niki) of Lockney, Shaylea of Lockney, Shaybrea Villa of Lockney, Ray Lee and Westin Webb of Plainview; and her stepsiblings, Lloyd Leach of Gainesville, Bobby Leach of Houston and Anna Mae Leach of Breckinridge. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patsy's honor to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, the Lockney Volunteer Fire Department or the Tahoka Volunteer Fire Department.
