He is survived by: his spouse Nadine Benavidez of Tahoka; his son Armando Ray Carrizales of O'Donnell; and his siblings, Santos Tijerina Jr. of Big Springs, Tony Benavidez of O'Donnell, Julia Ramos of Tahoka, Marion Bain of Portland and Vasiy Antuna of Big Spring. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
