He is survived by: his wife Brenda Skeens of Kentucky; his close friend Melissa Lovington of Tahoka; and his siblings, Noel Segovia of Tahoka, Joe Ochoa of Houston, Vicente Garcia of Dilley, Waldo Segovia of Tahoka, Soyla Segovia of Tahoka and Maria Aranda of Dilley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
