He is survived by: his wife Donna Miller; his sons, Shannon Dwayne Mitchell-Percell of Dallas, Ronye Haley Mitchell-Percell of Dallas and Bradley Hoyt Bailey of Kansas; his brothers, Joe Taylor Brooks of Tahoka and Gary Alan Brooks of Tahoka; and his grandchildren, Sarah and Nathan Bailey of Kansas.
