He is survived by: his wife Marquita; his children, Tracye Swafford of Lamesa, Kenneth Trent Scott (Donnis) of Lubbock, Michael Qualls (Kalyn) of Jacksboro and Matthew Qualls of Houston; his sisters, Joan Billings of Seagraves and Wilma Faust of Las Vegas; and his grandchildren, Cambrie, Laynie Swafford, Raymie, Kendon Scott, Blake and Kameron Qualls.
