He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Ray Adams and Patsy Mae Anderson Adams; his sister Cindy Lea Adams; his grandparents, William Virgil Adams, Ruby Lee Adams and Jessie Marie Anderson Leach; and his stepgrandfather J. W. Leach.
He is survived by: his sisters, Tammy Adams and Tracy Adams of Lockney; his nieces, Misty Villa (Davie Villa) of Lockney and Windy Webb (Randy Webb) of Plainview; his nephew Stevie Karlin of Lockney; his great-nieces, Joey Cantu (Niki) of Lockney, RayLee Webb of Plainview, Shaylea and Shaybrea Villa of Lockney; his great-nephew Westin Webb of Plainview; his uncle Gordon Adams; his aunts, Dimple Adams of Lockney and Ruby Adams of Plainview; and his extended family, Russell Jarrett of Plainview, Chris McCready of Lubbock, Tracy Bailey of Lubbock, Danny Hart of Tahoka, Jeremy Hall of Tahoka, George Hernandez of Plainview, Nathan and India Ruttmen. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
