She was predeceased by: her parent Winnie Kizziar (Owens); her husband Orville Havens; her daughter Cindy Havens; and her brothers, Wayne and Larry Kizziar.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Lammons (Cliff) of Roundrock, Texas; and her grandchildren, Colton Lammons of Virginia Beach and Sheby Lammons of Lubbock.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Johnette's name to Lynn County Pioneer Senior Citizens Center P.O. Box 223 Tahoka, Texas 79373.
