He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Cain Feldt (David) of Houston and Cody Christopher Cain (Donna) of McKinney; his sister Lynnetta Leftwich (Wesley) of Fairview Heights, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Scott Feldt of Houston, Christopher Cain of McKinney and Hannah Cain of McKinney; and his close friends, Perry Flippin of San Angelo and Gail Kregloe of Blacksburg, Virginia..
