She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Gandy and Sinah Gandy (Hinkle); her former husband Olin "Skeek" Poer; her sister Joanne Hammonds; and her brother-in-law Mike Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Forsythe; her sons, Jeff Forsythe (Sara) of Broken Arrow and Jay Forsythe of Tahoka; her sister Gilda Taylor of Tahoka; her brother-in-law Edgar Hammonds of Tahoka; her grandchildren, Kalyn (Hayden), Kody, Josh, Erin, Sam, Justin, McKenzy (Josh), Jaxon and Bretton; and her great grandchild Covi.
