He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Augustus McNeely and Goldie Fay Gray McNeely; his wife Shirley JoAnn; and his brothers, Douglas and Gainerd.
He is survived by: his family Dwayne; his daughters, Melanie (Brad Haefli) of Arlington and Monica (Ryan Gass) of O'Donnell; his grandchildren, Neil, Spencer, Daniel Haefli and Taylor Gass; and his sister Carla (Rusty Pickens). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Combest Family Funeral Home - Tahoka (1821 Main St, Tahoka, TX 79373). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Sweet Street Baptist Church (1300 Ave J, Tahoka, TX 79373). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Nevels Memorial Cemetery.
