She was predeceased by: her parents, Deen Nowlin and Mildred Elizabeth Nowlin (Bosworth); and her husband Joe Allen Webb. She is survived by: her children, Loreta Pugh (Dale) of Abilene, Steven Webb of Lubbock and Cheryl Calloni (Ben) of Willow Park; and her brother Michael Thomas Tower of Boulevard, California. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
