He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Scott Francis and Addie Francis (Brasher); and his siblings, Wayne, Carmie Francis, Loretta England, Ima Robinson and Virginia Hardage.
He is survived by: his wife Deloris Short; his daughters, Teeei Booth Gordon and Lesa Renne Marriman; his stepsons, Todd Henry of Tahoka, Michael Henry of Shallowater and Jack Henry of Richmond; and his granddaughter Kaitlyn Brown of LaPorte.
