He was predeceased by: his significant other Arnetta Sunday August; and his parents, Jack Miller and Nema Miller. He is survived by: his spouse Arnetta Joyce Wood; his daughters, Marci Gandy (Roddy) and Sharla Askew (Ty); his brother Roger Miller; his grandchildren, Brady Askew (Shea), Cassidy Allison (Taylor) and Jynna Bass (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Jentry Askew, Paislee Allison, Summitt Askew, Sterlee Allison and Barrett Bass.
Memorial donations can be made in Billy's name to the First Baptist Church in Tahoka, P.O. Box 1547 or to the Tahoka Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 300.
