We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2021, at the age of 68, Amelia Cervantez of Tahoka, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reyes Cervantez and Augrora Cervantez (Esparza); her sister Benita DeLaRosa; her granddaughter Dahlia Onofre; and her daughter-in-law Jeannie Onofre.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jimenez (Tad Overstreet), Rosa Morin, Crystal Calzoncit, Kelley Calsoncit, Daniel Joe Morin (Valerie), Benito Onofre, Cayetano Calzoncit, Jr., Jose Calsoncit and Juan Calsoncit; and her siblings, Jose Cervantez and Louisa Trevino. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
