He is survived by: his children, Todd Stegall (Tanya) of Portland and Jill Brelsford (Kenneth) of Taft, Texas; his grandchildren, Dmitriy Stegall, Michael Stegall of Portland, Cody Brelsford of Corpus Christi and Quentin Brelsford of Trinity, Texas; and his great grandchild Alisia Brelsford of Trinity, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
