He is survived by: his parents, Rosa Gonzales, (Castaneda) of Taft, Texas and Salome Gonzales, Sr. (Rose) of Sinton, Texas; his wife Cindy Gonzales; his children, Brandon Gonzales (Brittany Herrera), Matthew Gonzales of Taft, Texas and Miranda Benedict (Greg) of Portland, Texas; his grandchildren, Gregory Benedict and Ayzlee Gonzales; his siblings, Salome Gonzales, Jr. (Leslie) of San Antonio, Texas, Norma Alvarez (Ray) of Taft, Texas, Nora Gonzales (Richard Rodriguez) of Odem, Texas, Noreen Rodriguez (Ezekiel) of Sinton, Texas and Naomi Gonzales (Abel Galaviz) of Corpus Christi, Texas; his stepsister Veronica Barrera (David) of Sinton, Texas; and his parents-in-law, Jose and Manuela Moreno of Taft, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
