She is survived by: her husband Demetrio Alvarez of Taft, Texas; her stepchildren, Demetrio E. Alvarez, Jr. (Julia), John Roy E. Alvarez (Alicia), Bernardo Alvarez, Ray Alvarez (Norma) of Taft and Maria A. Salinas (Jose Luis) of Taft; and her nieces and nephews, Abel Adame, Jr. (Irma), Angel Riojas (Onofre), Delmi Gonzales, John Robledo (Mary) and Candie Garza (John).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel (606 S San Patricio St, Sinton, TX 78387). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church - Taft (120 E Escobedo St, Taft, TX 78390). A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Lamas Memorial Park Cemetery (800 Ave C, Taft, TX 78390).
