It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuel Cuellar III of Taft, Texas, born in Sinton, Texas, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Manuel C. Cuellar, Jr.; his children, Eva Marie Cuellar and Manuel C. Cuellar, IV; and his grandparents, Pascuala C. Cuellar, Manuel C. Cuellar, Sr. and Guadalupe Trevino.
He is survived by: his mother Guadalupe "Lupe" C. Cuellar (Cantu); his brother Robert Cuellar (Rebecca); his girlfriend Palmira Lopez of Taft, Texas; his nieces, April Vasquez (Jesse) of Houston, Texas, Leann Cuellar and Lezlie Cuellar (Martin) of Portland, Texas; and his nephew Robert "Bobby" Cuellar, Jr. (Paula) of Portland, Texas. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
