It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Emile Lehman Sr. of Taft, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Lehman; his son Leon Lehman Jr.; his sisters, Lois White and Sylvia Garcia; and his daughter-in-law Donna Lehman.
He is survived by: his sister Laura Fay Reese of Nederland; his children, Anthony Lehman of Port Neches, Petra Redman (Reggie Redman) of Highland Village and Cynthia Hettinger (Kevin Hettinger) of Taft; his grandchildren, Michael Brown Jr. (Samantha Jackson) of Portland, Somer Redman of Lewisville, Matthew Hettinger (Brandy Hettinger) of Key West, Reggie Redman Jr. (Taylor Marcotte) of Highland Village, Shea Harrison (Cecil Harrison) of Aubrey, Brandie Hettinger (Mike Arispe) of Taft, Laura Alvis (Josh Alvis) of Irving and Miranda Hettinger of Taft; and his great grandchildren, Hailey Brown, Savannah Hettinger, Stanley Hettinger, Kayden Redman, Tanner Harrison, Braiden Arispe, Jason Medina, Melanie Medina, Jude Redman, Kylee Medina, Matthew Castillo, Eden Redman and Lacey Brown.
