She is survived by: her parent-in-law Ulmer Sturgeon, Sr.; her children, Ulmer Sturgeon, Jr. of Taft, Bill Sturgeon of Taft, Nicky Guerrero of Taft and Rudy Sturgeon (Tessie) of Portland; her daughter-in-law Rosie Sturgeon of Taft; and her siblings, Juanita Salazar of Taft and Julian Hinojosa (Mary Lou) of Taft. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
