He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Randolph and Artie Randolph (Ford); his siblings, Jim Randolph and Randa Holland; his wife Elaine Randolph; his children, Jason Randolph of Taft, Texas and Megan Horton of Montgomery, Texas; his brother Bill Randolph (Pat) of Skidmore, Texas; and his grandchildren, Savannah Horton, Jesse Horton, Jr. and Jack Horton.
