He is survived by: his children, Joe Quilimaco (Joann) of Taft, Texas, Linda Montez (Steve) of Taft, Texas, Marie Encinia (Frank) of Taft, Texas, Joanne Maldonado (Sam) of Taft, Texas, Jenelle Castillo (Cipi) of Taft, Texas, Judy Benavides (Marco) and Jessica Amador (Joe) of Corpus Christi, Texas; and his brother Basillio Rodriguez of Taft, Texas. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
