He is survived by: his children, Jon Duenez, Frank Rivera (Cindy) of Victoria, Melissa Martin (Johner) of Belton and Patricia Erevia (Anthony) of Victoria; and his sister Elia Garza (Gilbert) of Houston. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
