He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Pena (Saldivar); his niece Reese Pena (Former); and his close friend Isaiah Lopez. He is survived by: his father Javier Pena of San Antonio, TX; his close friend Jose Luis "Joey" Garcia of San Antonio, TX; his siblings, Moses Saldivar of Taft, TX, Roman Pena (Elizabeth) of Corpus Christi, TX and Monica Pena (Numerous) of Taft, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Dylan Pena, Sophia Pena, Penelope Rendon, Michael Mireles and Cameron Mireles.
