With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Guadalupe C Mendez Jr. of Taft, Texas, who passed away on September 25, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Guadalupe Mendez; his siblings, Sulema Rios, Delia Mendez, David Mendez, Gloria Flores and Anita Villegas; and the mother of his children Gloria Q. Mendez.
He is survived by: his children, Melisa Gayton (Eric), Roxana Quilimaco (Eddie), Steve Mendez (Kristy), Wally Mendez (Amber) and Felecia Moreno (Francisco); his grandchildren, Mallorie, Jon, Erica, Sage, Chase, Ava, Rudy, Felicity, Jesse and Eva; and his siblings, Rudy Mendez, Johnny Mendez and Elvia Soto. He is also survived by step-grandchildren, great grandkids, and numerous nieces and nephews.
