He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Eugene and Lola Mae Jensen; and his son Marcus Jensen. He is survived by: his sister April Maddox; his wife Debra Schubert Jensen; his daughter-in-law Jodee Jensen; his children, Kaitlynn, Ethan, Harper and Kevin Jensen (Melissa); his granddaughters, Anna, Alyssa and Alexandra; his son Aaron Jensen (Jenny); his grandchildren, Kaylee and Bailey; his daughter Amber Jensen (Marvin); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Gavin, Matheo and Marcus; and his brother Johnny Maddox.
