He is survived by: his wife Trinidad C. Hernandez of Taft, Texas; his children, Anthony Hernandez of Taft, Texas, Rachel A. Hernandez (Rene Alaniz) of Corpus Christi and Belinda Gutierrez (Salvador Sr.) of Portland, Texas; his grandchildren, Mark Hernandez, Jeremy Hernandez (Franny), Jazel Gutierrez, Salvador Gutierrez, Jr. of Portland, Anthony Hernandez (Brittany), Joseph Hernandez of Taft, Christopher Hernandez (Sarah) of Corpus Christi and Olivia Diaz (Fernando) of Houston, Texas; and his sisters, Teresa De Leon of Kansas City, Irma Jones of Corpus Christi, Josie Carrion (Santos) of Robstown and Irene McCullough (Wesley) of Ingleside, Texas.. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
