She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolores Guzman (Mendez) and Thomas Guzman; her former husband Jesus G. Hernandez; her daughter Sophia Ann Hernandez; her great grandchild Sofia Juanita Alvarado Martinez; and her brother Martin Guzman.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Anthony Hernandez, Jesse Hernandez (Alicia) of Taft, David Dean Hernandez (Susan) of Corpus Christi, Thomas Christopher Hernandez (Gloria) of Sinton, Texas and Jessica Laura Hernandez (Eddie); and her sisters, Dolores Blanco (Augustine) of Odem, Janie Jaime of San Antonio and Diana Villarreal of Aransas Pass, Texas.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.
