She is survived by: her children, Donna Headrick of Sweetwater, Jeff Headrick of Lubbock, Max Headrick (Leslie) of Sweetwater and Bret Headrick (Bridget) of Spicewood; her grandchildren, Katy Baker (Chris), John David Headrick, Tess Headrick, Elise Headrick, Jilayne Headrick, Rex Headrick (Amanda), Rob Headrick (Sarah), Hannah Headrick and Hailey Headrick; and her great grandchildren, Michael Baker, Jax, Goldie Headrick, Hadlee and Percy Headrick.

She was a lifelong member of Highland Heights United Methodist Church and President of the American Cancer Society.
