It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Hollie Phillips (Sweetwater, Texas), who passed away on September 28, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Dean Phillips, Sr.; her son Scott David Phillips; and her parents, William Basedow and Angelina Basedow (Carver). She is survived by: her sons, Steven Phillips (Andrea) of Sweetwater, TX, Stanley Phillips, Jr. of Sweetwater, TX, Stewart Phillips (Nancy) of Estero, Casey Phillips (Tammy) of Leavenworth and Corey Phillips (Cheri) of Odessa, TX; and her siblings, Carol Slattery of Florida, Donald Basedow (Carol) of New York City, NY and Charlie Basedow of New York City, NY. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
