He was predeceased by: his parents, Concepcion Palacios (Quirino) and Rufus Palacios, Sr.; and his sisters, Maria Palacios and Mechtilde Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Palacios of Sweetwater; his children, Anthony Palacios, Elizabeth Palacios, Victoria Palacios and Kathryn Palacios; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Palacios, Aaliyah Palacios and Evelyn Palacios; and his siblings, Leandro Palacios, Veronica Rodriquez, Ermelinda Quesada, Anacleto Palacios, Severita Rosales, Martin Palacios and Rita Palacios. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
