She is survived by: her son Brooks Whisenant (Shalisa) of Sweetwater, Texas; her grandchildren, Whitney Whisenant of Sweetwater, Texas and Makenzee Whisenant of Sweetwater, Texas; and her sister Iris Ann Watson of Sweetwater. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
