She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicasio Rodriguez and Anita Rodriguez; her son Isreal Morales; her great grandchild Roger David Torres-Gomez; her husband Pedro Torres (late Manuel Soliz); and her siblings, Raul Rodriguez (Sweetwater), Stella Barrientez (Lubbock), Gloria Ambriz (Lubbock), Mary Castillo (Sweetwater) and Jessie Ortega (Sweetwater).
She is survived by: her daughter Rosie (Savino Velasquez); her grandchildren, Misty Torres and Eddie (Brena Torres); her sisters, Loyce Meneses (Sweetwater) and Eva Venegas (Blackwell); and her friends, Alex Lomas and Bebe Palafox. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McCoy Chapel of Memories (401 E 3rd St, Sweetwater, TX 79556). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
