He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Anne Seitz (Shelby) of San Angelo, Texas; his stepson Drew Elliott (Jessica) of Abilene, Texas; his siblings, Russell Steven Seitz (Connie) of Austin, Texas and Laura Seitz Rahija (Michael) of Piperton, Tennessee; his nieces, Charlotte M. Seitz, Judith Foster, Rebekah Foster Lopez and Kellie Morris; and his nephew Michael Rahija.
