He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Rodriguez Martinez and Evangelina Cortes Gonzalez; his wife Maria Esther Aguilera; his nephew Paulo Rodriguez Gallo (Pavo); and his siblings, Braulio Rodriguez Cortes, Juan Rodriguez Cortes, Pedro Rodriguez Cortes, Jose Rodriguez Cortes, Enriqueta Rodriguez Cortes and Leonor Rogriguez Cortes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Bottorff (Jeffery), Elizabeth Gonzalez (Benjamin) and Cindy Rodriguez-Davis (Scott); his grandchildren, Arianna Rizo, Joseph Parra, Matthew Parra, Jose Rizo, Benjamin Gonzalez and Noah Bottorff; and his siblings, Pascuala Rodriguez Cortes, Sabino Rodriguez Cortes (Eliza) and Arturo Aguirre Gonzalez (Maria). He is also survived by 31 nieces and nephews.
