With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Beth Simmons in Sweetwater, Texas, born in Roby, Texas, who passed away on October 1, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Preston and Elsie Ardenia Daniel (Long); and her spouse Eddie Ray Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Laura (James Kelley), Sheila (Joe Gorgonio), Tanya (Jonas Deemer) and Joshua Simmons of Sweetwater; and her siblings, Gaylon Freeman of Rotan and Vernon Daniel of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and more nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
