She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wallis and Patricia Wallis; and her sister Linda Slabaugh. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Headstream; her daughter Ashley Daniel (Dee Jay) of Sweetwater; her grandchildren, Ava Daniel, Tristan Daniel, Kaleb Gleason and Ianna Daniel of Sweetwater; her brother Robert Wallis (Darlene); and her brother-in-law Paul Slabaugh.
