It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Gomez of Sweetwater, Texas, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Q. "Frank" Gomez, Sr. and Dolores Gomez (Torrez); her siblings, Gloria Castro, Velia Gomez, Delia Sparkman, Francisco (Gomez, Jr.) and Tony Gomez; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Gomez, Nellie Gomez, Belinda Gomez and Sarah Gomez.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Gomez of Sweetwater; her granddaughters, Megan Huger (Brian) of London, England and Morgan Zupan (Mark) of Dripping Springs; her great grandchildren, Kaegan Gomez, Kaleb Huger, Zachary Zupan and Zane Zupan; her siblings, Maria Castro of Sweetwater, Edward Gomez of Sweetwater, Lupe Gomez (Mary Ann) of Grand Prairie, Jerry Gomez of Sweetwater, Rudy Torrez (Lydia) of Oak Cliff and Mario Gomez of Sweetwater; and her sister-in-law Romana Gomez of Sweetwater. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
