He is survived by: his children, Ruby Montoya of Arlington and John Andrew Montoya of Arlington; and his siblings, Joe Montoya, Michael Montoya (Jill), Julian Montoya (Martha), Edmund Montoya (Gina), Rudy Ramirez (Elvia), Jeffrey Montoya, Lilly Moncivais (Bo) and Oralia Montoya. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
