She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson "Jeff" Coats and Gladys Coats (Slaughter); her siblings, TJ Coats, Claude Nolan Coats and Clara Beth Coats; and her stepfather Horace Hull.
She is survived by: her husband William Douglas "Doug" Bell; her sister Sandra Coats; her son William Douglas "Diggy" Bell Il; her grandchildren, Melanie Squires and William Douglas "Doug" Bell III; and her great grandchildren, Jaden Squires, Keira Squires, Noah Squires, Jackson Bell and Preston Bell. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
