He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kelley and Priscilla Kelley; and his brother Joe Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Scharles Kelley of Sweetwater; his sons, Tanner Kelley and Paxton Kelley; his sister Rhonda Seymour (Mitch) of Gatesville; his sisters-in-law, Nathalie Kelley of Snyder and Liz Miller (Al) of Sweetwater; his nieces and nephews, Bri Burnett (Blake) of Sweetwater, Blace Garcia (Mark) of Sweetwater, Erick Lewis of Sweetwater and Josh Kelley of Snyder; and his great-niece Nephews.
In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to Childs Advocacy in Sweetwater, Sweetwater VFW Post #2479, and Pioneer Museum in Sweetwater.
