He was predeceased by: his grandparents, R. D., Maxine Moore, Bill and Maudie Eivens; and his uncle Robert Moore.
He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Eivens and Penny Eivens (Moore) of Sweetwater; his wife Kristi Eivens of Sweetwater; his sisters, Misty Mosher (Anvil) of Loraine and Jessica Eivens (Brian Kirkland) of Sweetwater; his siblings-in-law, Stephen Presley (Melisa) of Sweetwater, Brandon Presley of Sweetwater and Brittany Presley (Kassidy); his mother-in-law Kaye Blair of Sweetwater; his grandmother Joyce Moore of Sweetwater; and his grandfather-in-law Connie Blair of Sweetwater. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
